GULF MARINE SERVICES, for itself, parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively "GMS"), maintains this website located at www.gulfmarine.online and its associated websites, webpages, content and other materials (collectively the "Site") to provide to you information about GMS, its industry and products. Your access to and use of the Site is subject to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. By accessing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms of Use. You should review the most current version of the Terms of Use often as they may be modified from time to time and the terms, as modified, will govern your use of the Site. Any new features that augment or enhance the Site also will be subject to these Terms of Use.

While GMS uses commercially reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, the industry of which GMS is a part and the laws and regulations applicable to that industry change frequently. Each claim or statement about the effectiveness of GMS products and/or claims or statements comparing the effectiveness of GMS products to that of others is expressly limited to the Kingdom of Bahrain unless otherwise stated on the Site. If a product or sample offered by GMS through the Site is not as described, please inform us. Product description and picture is subject to correction and change. GMS may refuse or cancel based upon erroneous promotion terms.

GMS values its relationship with visitors and customers and makes every effort to safeguard any personal information collected, while also making product and service information available to our customers. All trademarks, logos, trade names, trade dress, product and service marks, individually or combined with one another (collectively the "Marks") and whether or not registered, are proprietary to GMS Products Inc. and/or GMS Brands Company, their subsidiaries and affiliates, or other third party owners who have granted GMS the right and license to use its marks ("Third Party Marks"). "Make the environment marine save" : Is not a trademark used for sale and not entitled to any single user to use the image for his websites, social media or products unrelated to Gulf Marine Services, and if the organization felt existence of use of this image on commercial purposes or as a picture in websites or social media or in any products unrelated to Gulf Marine Services, the organization have the right to request the removal of this image from the any others website, social media or products unrelated to Gulf Marine Services , and if necessary, the organization will raise a case against the party how used this image.
